Payment and Processing:

Subscriptions are offered on a 1-year, 6-month or 3-month basis. You will automatically be charged at the end of every month for the duration of your subscription. Subscription savings will automatically be applied to your order.

Billing Information:

Should you need to change or update your billing information for your subscription, please cancel your current plan and repurchase the subscription.

Shipping Information:

To change your shipping address, please contact us at info@refausa.com and we will update your shipping information.

Your first order will be shipped 3-5 business days after your subscription is purchased. Subsequent deliveries will occur at the same time based on the plan you choose and your subscription purchase date. If, for example, you purchased a monthly subscription on January 1, your second order would be shipped 3-5 business days after February 1.

Auto Renewal:

When you purchase a subscription plan, you will be automatically charged for as long as you remain a subscriber. At the end of your chosen plan, we will automatically renew your subscription.

Cancellation:

After buying a subscription, you may cancel it within 20 days of the purchase date. Payment cancellations cannot be made after the 20-day cancellation period is over, or after the product has been shipped.
