Once your order is confirmed as having shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package easily. A shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email address after your order is processed and leaves our facility.
ReFaUSA.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping information or shipping addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address and information. Any charges incurred by ReFaUSA.com to reroute a shipment or make an address correction will be the responsibility of the customer. ReFaUSA.com will make every attempt to contact the customer in advance to avoid additional shipping charges when possible. If delivery is attempted and the driver is unable to deliver the package, UPS will return the package to ReFaUSA.com. Shipping charges incurred by ReFaUSA.com due to refused shipment will be the customer's responsibility.
ReFaUSA.com provides a 30-day return window from the day of delivery for unopened or defective products. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you will be eligible for a full refund only if the item is unopened or defective. If the returned item has been opened but is not deemed defective, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please also make sure to keep your receipt and send the copy of the receipt by email with your first inquiry to customer service. Without the receipt of purchase and the product warranty, needed to ensure authenticity, we cannot proceed with the refund.
To initiate a return, please contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and further instructions. Once the RMA has been issued and any applicable merchandise returned, we will issue you a refund or replacement in accordance with the RMA and our Return Policy.
Our warranty states that all ReFa devices will be free of defects and function as intended for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace any ReFa device that fails to function correctly due to any manufacturing or design flaw within one year from the date of purchase, completely free of charge. Further warranty information and instructions are provided on the warranty card included with every ReFa device. Warranty can only be redeemed at the original purchase location. ReFa devices that are not sold on ReFaUSA.com are not covered by our warranty. Warranty is not available for skincare cosmetics or other perishable products. Please also make sure to keep your receipt and send the copy of the receipt by email with your first inquiry to customer service. Without the receipt of purchase and the product warranty, needed to ensure authenticity, we cannot proceed with the refund.

Return shipping fee is only covered for defective products within the United States and Canada. What’s the difference between the Ray and non-Ray collections?

If unauthorized sellers continue to infringe patent, copyright, or trademark rights, legal counsel will be referred to with instructions to seek all available legal redress from unauthorized sellers, including, and not limited to, treble damages for willful infringements.
