Disclosures to Third Parties Assisting In Our Operations. ReFa USA may share your Personal Information under confidentiality agreements with other companies that work with, or on behalf of, ReFa USA to provide products and services, such as a cloud hosting company or identity verification service. For example, ReFa USA shares Personal Information with Shopify when it uses Shopify’s Power BI Connector application to analyze customer data. These companies may use your Personal Information to assist ReFa USA in its operations. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
Disclosures Under Special Circumstances. We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. Automatically Collected Information and Anonymous Information
Each time a Visitor comes to the Website, ReFa USA collects some information to improve the overall quality of the Visitor’s online experience.
