How to Enter

Complete the ReFa USA user satisfaction survey to enter the ReFa USA Share Your Experience Giveaway. Must be 18 or older to enter. Must be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada. One winner will be chosen at random from qualifying surveys and notified via email. Winner must claim prize within 72 hours of notification. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Entries may take up to an hour to process. See Official Sweepstakes Rules below.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

These Official Sweepstakes Rules apply to the ReFa USA Share Your Experience Giveaway (Sweepstakes) to be held monthly from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, with the official drawing to take place on or around the first Tuesday of each month.

Prize: ReFa USA will award one prize to one winner each month. The prize will consist of an assortment of beauty and/or wellness products from ReFa USA. The estimated retail value of the monthly prize will be $200-$400.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received by ReFa USA during the entry period (defined below). Payment of any and all taxes associated with each prize is the responsibility of the winner.

Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and a resident of one of the United States or Canada to enter or win a prize. Employees of ReFa USA, its affiliates, or their respective advertising, public relations, accounting or legal firms, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize. For purposes of eligibility, “immediate family members” include spouses, children, parents, parents of spouses, siblings, and spouses’ siblings.

Additional Eligibility Requirements: Prior to receiving any prize, the winner must provide ReFa USA with any information or certifications required by ReFa USA, in its sole judgment, for tax reporting purposes. The winner also must complete and sign a Declaration of Eligibility & Release to be eligible to receive the prize. If you fail to satisfy these conditions within three (3) days of notification that your entry has been selected, you will not be eligible for the prize; and we will select an alternate winner as described in “Selection of Winners” below. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. All decisions regarding eligibility will be made by ReFa USA, and will be regarded as final and binding.

How to Enter: To enter, complete ReFa USA's user satisfaction survey. ReFa USA will periodically send surveys to registered or identified ReFa users. Simply follow the survey link and complete the survey to be entered automatically. Each completed survey shall serve as one entry, with a limit of one entry per person. No purchase is required for entry.

Selection of Winners: After the end of the entry period, a ReFa USA representative will select the winner by a random selection process. If ReFa determines that the person whose entry is selected was not eligible to enter the drawing, or if the person drawn refuses to accept the prize or fails to complete the eligibility requirements described in “Additional Eligibility Requirements” above, or if the person whose survey is selected cannot be contacted or identified, ReFa USA will conduct a subsequent random drawing from all remaining eligible entries to select an alternate winner. The winner will be contacted via email. Each winner must supply ReFa USA with their legal name, birth date, email address, mailing address, and phone number within three (3) days of notification that your entry has been selected.

Additional Agreements/Waivers: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees (a) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules and to interpretation of these rules by ReFa USA and (b) that ReFa USA and its agents, affiliates, representatives and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance or use of the prize(s). Except as prohibited by law, each winner also consents, by entering the Sweepstakes and without further compensation, to ReFa USA’s use and publication of the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, biographical information, and details of winning for ReFa USA’s advertising, promotional, or regulatory purposes. Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. In the event that the operation, security or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, viruses, bugs, worms, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problems, or in the event the Sweepstakes is unable to run as planned for any other reason as determined by ReFan USA in its sole and absolute discretion, ReFa USA may in its sole discretion either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or (b) terminate the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received in such Sweepstakes up to the time of the impairment. ReFa USA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. ReFa USA reserves the right to change, modify or extend the entry period if it should be deemed necessary. Failure by ReFa USA to enforce any provision of the Official Sweepstakes Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, ReFa USA may substitute a prize of similar or equal value.
