ReFa CARAT RAY FACE: Firmly grip the thicker part of the handle without covering the solar panel with your hand. Roll in both directions along the lines of your face and décolletage, pulling up the areas where the skin is soft.
ReFa FACE-UP CREAM: Dispense an appropriate amount into your hand, and gently spread the cream over your face. If using with a ReFa roller such as the ReFa CARAT, apply and leave on for one minute prior to rolling.

ReFa CARAT RAY FACE:
Adjust the tension of the rollers by raising or lowering the handle.
When Using the Front Rollers
Gradually raise the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers. Lower the handle if you begin to feel discomfort.
When Using the Rear Rollers
Gradually lower the end of the handle to increase the pull of the rollers. Raise the handle if you begin to feel discomfort.

This tool has become an essential part of my skin care routine. I love to put it in an ice bath while I shower so it is cold when I come out & use it. It really massages the face helping to release stress and tension. I also notice a substantial lift on the cheekbones which is very surprising as my intention when purchasing was to use it for stress relief benefits. This was a great buy and I highly recommend. The cream is also very rich and hydrating, never leaves a greasy feeling.
