Follow these steps to massage your face and body with the ReFa 4 CAXA RAY. Always start by scooping with the Crescent Line and end by kneading with the rollers.

Face:

1.) Use the rollers to push above and below your collarbone.

2.) Place the Crescent Line below your ear and scoop down along your neck to the collarbone.

3.) Place the Crescent Line at the corner of your mouth and scoop up over your entire cheek to the side of your ear.

4.) Place the rollers at the corner of your mouth and roll up over your entire cheek to the side of your ear.

*Repeat on the opposite side.

Body:

1.) Place the Crescent Line on the rear side of your thigh and scoop up to your hip.

2.) Place the Crescent Line on your hip and scoop up to your waist.

3.) Use the rollers to knead your entire hip area.

4.) Place the rollers on the side of your pelvis and roll to the front of your groin.

*Repeat on the opposite side.

The strength with which the roller pulls up your skin can be adjusted by changing the angle at which you hold the main unit. Gradually lower the body of the roller and assess the lifting force of the rollers.

Standard Way To Hold

Firmly grip the thickest part of the handle, being careful not to cover the solar panel with your hand. Roll the device back and forth along your face and body so the soft part of your skin is gently lifted between the rollers. Face & Head Care

Push the top and bottom of the clavicle using the rollers. Place the crescent line along the neck and move from the bottom of the ear towards the shoulder. Apply the crescent line tightly to your entire cheek, moving from the corner of the mouth towards the front of the ear. Roll the rollers from the upper part of the neck to the lower part of the neck. Roll the rollers over the entire cheek towards the side of your ear. Roll the rollers to lift the cheek upward in short, mincing strokes.

Arm Care

Roll the rollers up and down your forehead. Move in a zigzag motion over your entire forehead. Apply the crescent line to your upper arm and move it upward from your elbow towards your armpit. Roll the rollers from your wrist to your elbow. Roll the rollers over your entire upper arm. Move upward from your elbow towards your armpit.

Apply the crescent line to your neck and move towards your shoulder. Apply the crescent line to the top of your bust and move it upward. Roll the rollers above your bust in short, mincing strokes. Roll the rollers upward below and beside your bust.

Waist Care

Apply the crescent line to your side and move it towards the area near your navel. Apply the crescent line below your ribs and push. Apply the crescent line to your lower abdomen and move it upward. Roll the rollers over your entire waist. Roll towards your hip joint.

Hip Care

Apply the crescent line to the back of your thigh and move it towards your buttocks. Apply the crescent line to your buttocks and move it upward. Roll the rollers over your entire buttocks. Roll the rollers from your buttocks, over the side of your pelvis, to the front of your hip joint.Β 

Thigh Care

Apply the crescent line to your thigh and move it upward. Roll in three separate lines along the inside, center and outside. Roll the rollers over your entire thigh. Roll from your knee towards your hip joint.

Calf Care

Apply the crescent line to your ankle and move it upward. Roll the roller around your knee in short mincing strokes. Roll the rollers over your entire calf. Move from your ankle towards the back of your knee.
