Follow these steps to massage your face and body with the ReFa 4 CAXA RAY. Always start by scooping with the Crescent Line and end by kneading with the rollers.
Face:
1.) Use the rollers to push above and below your collarbone.
2.) Place the Crescent Line below your ear and scoop down along your neck to the collarbone.
3.) Place the Crescent Line at the corner of your mouth and scoop up over your entire cheek to the side of your ear.
4.) Place the rollers at the corner of your mouth and roll up over your entire cheek to the side of your ear.
*Repeat on the opposite side.
Body:
1.) Place the Crescent Line on the rear side of your thigh and scoop up to your hip.
2.) Place the Crescent Line on your hip and scoop up to your waist.
3.) Use the rollers to knead your entire hip area.
4.) Place the rollers on the side of your pelvis and roll to the front of your groin.
*Repeat on the opposite side.

While making firm contact with your skin, move as if scooping upward.

The strength with which the roller pulls up your skin can be adjusted by changing the angle at which you hold the main unit. Gradually lower the body of the roller and assess the lifting force of the rollers.

Standard Way To Hold
Firmly grip the thickest part of the handle, being careful not to cover the solar panel with your hand. Roll the device back and forth along your face and body so the soft part of your skin is gently lifted between the rollers.
