It uses about the same level of surfactant as in general cosmetic products. We had safety testing conducted by a third party institution and the safety of the product has been confirmed; however, we can’t make an absolute statement that every single person can use the product without a problem. If you have any concerns about the ingredients used, please try it and see how it feels, or refrain from using it.

Please use the product after removing your makeup.

We recommend using it 3 to 4 days a week. You may also use it on a daily basis.

One tube will last approximately 4 months if used once a day, 4 days a week. If used daily, the product will last for approximately 2 months.

Use it around the eyes and eyelids, where the skin is thin.

Following facial cleansing/washing, use the product after applying lotion or other liquid skincare products. Take the size of one grain of rice on your finger pad and gently spread it, as if pressing it into your skin, from the inner corner to the outer corner of your eye. Note that we provided an example of how to use the product in the instruction manual that is included with the product. Please refer to the manual.

Cosmetic products can be stored at room temperature. Unless it is a special product, you don’t need to put it in the refrigerator. Furthermore, it is possible for the stability of its quality to be compromised by changes in temperature from taking it in and out of the refrigerator, or separation may occur if a cream or milk is stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
It is not a problem to cool the lotion as such in the refrigerator temporarily to increase the refreshing sensation, but as a principle, please store cosmetic products in a room at room temperature, and where it is not subject to temperature changes and direct sunlight.
Please be especially careful about storing cosmetics during the summer so they are not left in direct sunlight, outdoors, in a parked car, or other places that get hot.

Store the product at room temperature. However, avoid storing it in direct sunlight or hot, humid locations. Also, do not store it in high places, to avoid dropping it.

When using the product, make sure your skin is free of irregularities. Discontinue use if the product causes skin irritation, that is, if any of the following occurs:
(1) Redness, swelling, itching, irritation, color loss (such as white spots), or darkening.
(2) If conditions such as those described above develop when the skin is exposed to direct sunlight after using the product.
Continued use of the product may worsen the condition, so we recommend that you consult with your dermatologist.

You can use it with any and all ReFa beauty rollers. However, after using the product, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and then finish wiping it with a dry cloth etc., to make sure it is thoroughly dry before storing it. Also, we cannot address the question of whether or not there would be quality issues in using it with another company’s products as the assumption is that it will not be used in that way. For that reason, please refrain from using it in combination with other company’s products.

Wash your eyes immediately. Should conditions persist, please consult a doctor.

We fully considered its safety for the skin and designed and manufactured the product not to cause irritation or trouble to the skin under normal use.
However, an unusual reaction may appear on the skin, depending on the constitution and physical condition of the person using it, as well as the season, their age, etc.
The first time you use the cosmetic, please check whether it agrees with your skin by applying it on an inconspicuous place like the inside of your arm.

Please refrain from using it during pregnancy as the skin is more sensitive than normal.

It was researched and developed on the premise of being used by adults. As the skin of young children is not as developed as adult skin, we cannot recommend using it.

Do not use on areas where skin conditions such as cuts or inflammation are present. Also, avoid contact with the eyes. The product has been confirmed as safe, but please take care not to get it in your eyes as it may act as an irritant. Please avoid getting it in your mouth.

We do not test our products on animals.
However, we have not confirmed that all ingredients used in the product were not tested on animals, or that our clients do not test our products on animals.
