Do not store your ReFa roller in the refrigerator or freezer. Condensation is liable to collect in the solar panel and impair the roller’s ability to generate microcurrent.
Do not heat the unit in a microwave or the like or get it close to open flame. Doing so may result in discoloration, deformation or failure of the device.

No. We do not recommend using facial oil with ReFa devices, as the oil residue will damage the surface of the rollers. Instead, we recommend using your ReFa skincare, specifically formulated to be paired with our rollers. You may also use your desire non-oil-based skincare products.

We recommend using the ReFa roller after applying your ReFa skincare or desired skincare products. After use, be sure to wipe off any lotion or cream residue with a cloth, and then gently wipe the device with the supplied Cleaning Cloth. NOTE : please do not use the device with exfoliating scrubs or creams containing sulfur components because these products may cause discoloration, deterioration, or scratches.

The ReFa CAXA M1’s rollers are coated with chromium.
People who have had allergic reactions to metal jewelry should not use this product. If you have had allergic reactions to metals other than precious metals, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use. After getting your doctor’s permission to use the product, try it on an inconspicuous area to confirm that no abnormal reaction occurs. If your skin does not react negatively, you may continue to use it.

On wounds, or mucous membranes such as the eyes or mouth. Places with swelling, pimples or a festering condition. Places with skin abnormalities, such as severe sunburn. On body parts where hair removal treatment was performed the same day. On body parts where plastic surgery or Botox has been performed. Along the spine or in other locations where bones protrude. On body parts with metal, plastic, or silicone implants. On delicate body parts such as the fingers, throat or Achilles tendon.

Small children and persons who cannot read and understand the instruction manual on their own should not use the product.

Start out gently. Be aware of the amount of force you are applying, paying particular attention to the condition of your skin. Applying excessive force may harm the skin or damage the product.

Go back and forth about 5 to 10 times per body part.

It is water resistant, but not waterproof. It is not waterproof, so please refrain from using it in water or places with high humidity. Please handle with care. To clean, please use a wet towel.
